Our receptionist is the face of our company and an important part of our team! We are looking for a strong multi-tasker, extremely proactive and possesses the ability to thrive in a fast-
paced environment. You must be a motivated self-starter who can work independently. This role is ideal for someone strong administration skills that likes to be challenged.
Assisting our HR teams is the core of this job, however this position will sit at our relatively low volume reception and assist with general administrative needs for the office.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls and welcome guests at the front desk.
Maintain the Reception area and Boardrooms with tidiness as a priority.
Maintain positive business relationships with office vendors.
Organization and participation in internal and external events in as required
Coordinate catering for meetings and office events including prep and clean-up.
Scheduling candidate interviews conducted via phone, in-person, video (Polycom and google hangouts)
Own the candidate experience by greeting, escorting and orchestrating all candidate interviews
Be the point-of-contact for onsite interviews
Education, Skills and Experience :
2 years of office administration or coordination experience
Keen attention to detail
Proficiency in all Google Office Suite products
Ability to quickly learn new computer systems and tools
Meticulous calendar management, organization and follow through
Ability to change direction quickly when faced with change
Exhibits grace while under pressure and amidst frequent disruptions
Previous experience working with an applicant tracking system or recruiting databases is preferred.
Excellent written and communication skills
