Job Description McCain eBusiness is a growing Global Information Services partner with McCain marketing departments around the world.

We work collaboratively with business and third-party creative agencies to deliver on McCain Digital Marketing strategies.

We also work with Corporate Affairs and other internal Global communications and business initiatives.

The purpose of this position is to work with business stakeholders and eBusiness Developers to gather, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to and the implementation of new McCain company websites, business processes, policies and information systems at all levels of complexity.

Within the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) domain, the Business Analyst II performs a liaison between the business and the IT side of the enterprise, and can also provide detailed system training, testing, and support.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Project Execution - Execute tasks, at all levels of complexity during every phase of implementation projects including business process re-
  • engineering, business analysis, training, testing, and support. May manage work packages which will require an understanding and adherence to IT implementation methodologies and practices (Project Management Methodology, Systems Development Methodology, Project Management Office).

  • Account Management - Develop and maintain productive relationships with Internal IT (GTC, In-Country IT, vendors supporting eBusiness) and business customers including senior executives, regional Marketing departments, and vendors supporting their business, providing support and analysis where necessary and ensuring alignment between IT and the business.
  • Application Support - Responsible for the analysis, requirements gathering, and testing during the IT system enhancement process.
  • Responsible for the application support / incident management process (issue identification, root cause analysis, issue resolution, testing and change management), of IT system issues within Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines.

  • Product Management - May act as Product Manager for specific applications. Understand long term business requirements (3-
  • 5 years), determine application strategy to support those needs, and the creation of product planning documentation.

  • Coaching - Encourage junior resources to take responsibility for their development within McCain. Challenge others to develop as leaders, while serving as a role model.
  • Shares acquired skills and business / system knowledge with team members through formal and informal channels.

    Qualifications Include :

  • Post secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 2-5 years’ operational experience in McCain IS or McCain business.
  • Proven experience working on major system projects, and supporting solutions for the business.
  • Ability to work in highly-dispersed, multi-cultural teams, in dynamic and high-demand situations heavily tied to deadlines.
  • Proven interpersonal skills to successfully work with staff from all levels of the organization, as well as third-parties.
  • Proven expertise in knowledge exchange and liaison between IT and business stakeholders / users.Excellent communication skills both internal & external contacts
  • Ability to learn, recommend, and support emerging technologies that can be adopted to support and enhance McCain’s Digital Strategies and initiatives.
  • Operational / Marketing experience; familiar with web development methodologies and tools (i.e., Content Management Systems) preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent experience preferred.
