Our client, based in Ville-Mont-Royal (near De La Savane metro station), is looking for a customer service agent in a call center.

Job specification :

  • Answer calls and emails from internal customers
  • Understand and identify issues
  • Create a query in the ticketing system, document the problem and assign it according to established processes
  • Track tickets and as needed, to internal customers
  • Required Skills :

  • 1 to 3 years experience in a similar position, call center experience is an asset
  • Bilingualism required French / English
  • Rigor, meticulousness, dynamism, adaptability and professionalism
  • Customer service oriented
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, computer, new technologies)
  • Love teamwork
  • Having a car is essential to get to the workplace
  • Must be available to work evening shifts on weekdays and weekends (14h to 22h).
