time basis. The idealcandidate must have 2 years of experience working in a law firm environment, havea bright personality, exceptional organizational skills and highprofessionalism.

Primary Duties Include

  • Organize and maintain client files
  • Set up files or indexing as requiredusing tools such as Microsoft Office
  • Answering phones for Department and directing calls appropriately
  • Calendar management, scheduling meetings and book boardrooms
  • Sorting and or Filing confidentialclient matters / documents / filings
  • Coordinate and monitor administrative functions to ensure completion ofwork accurately and in a timely manner
  • Act as liaison between clients and clerks / lawyers
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • Required Experience / Skills / Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within a law firm
  • Strong technical skills (includingMicrosoft Office)
  • Ability to manage multiple prioritieswhile paying attention to detail
  • Confident and dependable, with stronginitiative and ability to work both independently and in a team orientedatmosphere
  • Strong verbal and written communicationskills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with theability to professionally interact with all levels of staff and clientele
  • Excellent organizational skills, withthe ability to work well under pressure
  • Solid typing skills
