We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated Digital Marketing Specialist who will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, technology partners and internal teams to support the planning and day-

to-day operations of our Pollard Loyalty Application.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the marketing calendar of customer engagement activities including planning, implementation and success measurement of promotions and offers to ensure our client’s business objectives are represented and achieved.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for assisting in the development of various marketing materials including presentations and maintaining the corporate digital and online presence.

  • Ensure the successful development and execution of web and mobile content within the loyalty program
  • Support promotional and creative initiatives for our Pollard Loyalty Program including but not limited to driving brainstorming meetings and developing promotional content
  • Identify and execute key tactics to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Create, edit and deliver materials and presentations on program strategy, planning and performance
  • Analyze program performance on the dashboard and issue regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and help execute engagement opportunities bridging retail and digital channels
  • Assist with the development of traditional and digital promotional material to raise awareness of the program
  • Maintain project schedules, tasks and reminders for loyalty and digital projects
  • Manage related program budgets and monitor program against key performance indicators
  • Support all digital / online initiatives including developing, managing, executing, and maintaining all content related to our corporate social profile(s) and website

  • Post-Secondary education in the field of Business Administration and / or Marketing, with 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Hands on experience supporting promotional and creative initiatives
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to edit content
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with email marketing, marketing automation platforms and / or CRM platforms
  • Proven experience with targeted campaigns across social media and digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Highly proficient in the MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator or Photoshop) is an asset
  • Must be able to travel as needed
