Office Manager / Executive Assistant

OfficeTeam has an exclusive opportunity for a highly-skilled and dedicated Office Manager / Executive Assistant to take charge of managing a fast paced, growing accounting firm in North York.

How you will make an impact :

  • Leading overall office administration
  • Signing for packages by courier and mail, water deliveries and offsite shredding
  • Order all office, kitchen and bathroom supplies. Unpack and store when the order is received.
  • Accept Corporate and Personal Tax documents when received by hard copy, email or portal and preparation of the proper control document and updating job status in IFirm
  • Assisting the Operations Manager and Director in monitoring budget for office related items and staff
  • What we're looking for :

  • 3+ years of accounting firm experience
  • Experience in the following software is considered an asset : IFirm, Profile, Dock It,and Quickbooks
  • Experience managing the payables side of a firm is considered an asset
  • 1+ year(s) in a supervisory role
