Reporting to Facilities Management Coordinator, the Facilities Technician is responsible for the maintenance, inspection and repair of the inside, outside and exterior areas (including the roof), as well as the various systems within the facility, including building operations, humidification and air conditioning, as well as general heating, plumbing and electrical systems maintenance.
The Facilities Technician is also tasked with reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, work orders and schematics as well as reading and understanding code books, operating and procedures manuals, manufacturer's specifications, log books and inspection sheets.
Rate of Pay : $28.73 per hour - $29.29 per hour
Initial Shift : *All shifts and placements subject to change according to the Collective Agreement
