The Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMK) will support the AppWorks product and solution offerings, helping to drive adoption of digital process automation and case management applications and solutions and the low-
code development platform. This is a global role and the Sr. PMK will serve as a product evangelist in support of the sales force and channel.
The Sr. PMK will be responsible for staying current on the competitive landscape and industry research to help position products effectively to drive awareness and revenue pipeline.
Collaborating cross-functionally, this role will support product strategies, define product messaging, enable and support the sales force and manage go-
to-market launch plans in support of the products. Specifically, this role will be focused on supporting the AppWorks platform and developing a strategy targeting both the business and developers to drive adoption and revenue.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager supports the products throughout the overall product life cycle from idea through development, launch, operation and expansion of product.
You are great at :
Identifying market and competitor trends based on input from analysts, customers, sales, partners and market monitoring and guide senior management and product management on market needs, strategies and direction to maximize growth, minimize risk
Working very closely with Product Managers in support of overall product objectives and to represent market needs during requirements definition
Gaining an understanding of the buyers and influencers in the sales cycle to understand their needs, role in the sales cycle and the assets required to communicate compelling, relevant messages.
Working with sales, marketing and partner / channel organization to support product positioning, messaging, and pricing needs to ensure overall sales channel readiness through sales enablement and partner enablement activities
Developing complete marketing kit for your product portfolio (slide decks, brochures, case studies, video) by working with internal and external team members to create compelling content to support lead generation, nurture programs, sales and partner enablement, web content and funnel optimization programs
Creating assets and messaging relevant to the developer community; Disseminating, contributing and managing engagement and interactions on the site and through other online / offline channels
Coordinating and leading marketing and lead generation campaigns, working with regional Field and Partner Marketing, to execute on and track success of the campaigns, launched and related assets.
Working with PR and Analyst relations on press releases, articles, analyst webinars and act as a spokesperson for various aspects of product-
related messaging, both in print and in person at live events
What it takes :
Enterprise Information Management software to ideally include digital process automation, case management and low-code application development
Experience targeting and marketing to developers; managing developer communities
Channel experience; expanding adoption of partner (and partner developer) community
Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly
8+ years in product marketing, with at least 12+ years overall experience in a related role;
Aptitude for technology and the ability to connect technical concepts with customer value
Skilled in leading presentations and discussions (both verbal and written) with business, technical, and sales stakeholders
Excellent time management, interpersonal, communications, decision making, and organization skills
