Strategize and create short term and long term national plans to drive sales, achieve financial targets, improve profits and meet global company goals.
Counsels District Managers to clarify opportunities, correct and overcome challenges / obstacles, enhance morale and ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to.
Full budget accountability including construction of budget and administration.
Responsible for developing and implementing a plan of action to drive business objectives including KPI’s.
Multi-channel national responsibilities based on entrepreneurial businesses to include but not limited to retail stores, concessions, outlets, IR and flagship concept stores.
Network, recruit and oversee the training and development of external and internal District Managers to support the rapid growth of the organization, particularly within the district.
Evaluates daily operations through proper analysis on an ongoing basis and makes recommendations along with initiating actions to enhance productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and profitability of the country.
Ensures the successful execution of in-store marketing initiatives and events and maintains merchandising and visual standards to fulfill promotional initiatives and drive results.
Required Skills and Knowledge :
Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.
Proven ability to network, recruit, train and develop District Managers.
National experience a must. Travel within the country is required up to 70% of the time (mostly within Ontario).
Strategic mindset a must and acute awareness of current fashion trends.
Excellent understanding of client relationships including cross-functional relations (building, growing, and retaining).
Fact driven, analytical and resolutions oriented with the ability to multi-task.
Education and Experience :
5-8+ years of Sr. Sales Management experience.
