The Operations Supervisor motivates the Operations team to deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Supervises and performs the day to day operation of all customer transactions. Ensures floor leadership coverage, keyholder responsibilities & opening coverage while training, coaching and mentoring the Operations team.
As an Operations Supervisor you will
Maintain a high level of customer service by providing the complete solution
Resolve customer complaints in a positive matter that builds business and customer loyalty
Ensure compliance with operating procedures in handling customer transactions and financing
Assist in the achievement of store, customer care and sales goals
Perform Floor Leadership duties including Manager on Duty and Sales Lead responsibilities
Communicates thoroughly and keep the store informed by communicating weekly and daily store goals to members in a clear, accurate, and timely manner

The experience we need
2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in retail
High school diploma
