This Associate Field Marketing Manager will report to the Brand Manager, Clamato / RTD and will contribute to all aspects of the marketing plans for the CDM Ready to Drink (RTD) portfolio including Clamato, Snapple Spiked, Hires, Schweppes Signature Cocktails, and Mr & Mrs T Classic Cocktails.
They will provide analytical support for annual brand planning, assist in the development of marketing programs, and will liaise with agency & broker partners to ensure effective execution.
Secondary focus is to actively support the execution of field marketing based plans for on-premise & sponsorship.
1.Assist in the development of the annual marketing plans for the RTD portfolio, including strategic business reviews, consumer insights, brand strategy assessment, and identification of key support pillars.
2.Support the Brand Manager in driving the innovation agenda for RTD through the IRT process. Investigate insights from other markets and assess opportunities for the Canadian business.
Collaborate with research and supply chain to evaluate new product opportunities and execution.
3.Assist in all aspects of key brand activations, including advertising, POS, promotions, packaging, market research and PR, and support the agency briefing process.
Maintain and update monthly budget tracker relating to all RTD portfolio marketing expenditures, and work with finance to identify any variances or budget discrepancies.
4.Support CDM sales & brokers / boards with on-going analysis of brand performance, category reviews, launch decks, customer meetings and presentations.
Actively participate and help drive customer engagement as needed.Provide leadership, analytical support and insights from ACD data.
Deliver all necessary sales tools including POS requirements.Manage pricing and taxation regulations across all liquor boards.
5.Assist in developing strategy for on-premise including national accounts.Create account specific programs for Clamato that supports the broader strategy.
Work with Brand and Sales to activate regional programs.Collaborate with sales to develop and negotiate key sponsorship programs for Clamato / RTD.

1.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, in the field of business or marketing.
2.2 years of CPG / consumer marketing experience
