Develop solutions with clients and co-workers through collaborative debate and discussion As an Estate Administrator in Consumer Insolvency your responsibilities will include :
Acting as the sole intermediary between the debtor and trustee with respect to counselling matters
Promoting and advertising the insolvency services to the community and identified geographic locations
Providing counselling sessions
Resolving technical issues and seeking assistance from Managers and Trustees for complex issues
Ensuring statutory deadlines are met with respect to counselling for all files under their direction
Demonstrating flexibility to the demands of debtors, and Managers / Trustees

Minimum 3 years of insolvency experience
Completed Insolvency Administration Course and hold a valid ICQC Certification
Minimum of 50 counselling sessions completed
Specific proficiency in sales- including exceptional interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skills
Able to work with minimum supervision
Works well in a team environment
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Excellent computer skills
