Responsibilities

Supports the development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture including business process, information / data, application and technology to help manage the complexity of the organization’s Information Technology (IT) environment.

Designs target enterprise architecture and develops roadmaps to address gaps between current and future state. Provides support during the design and construction phase for any new or changed applications which may impact the technical infrastructure.

Provides technical support and system management to IT infrastructure, business applications and processes.

Qualifications

Diploma in information systems or computer engineering or equivalent from a recognized institute of technology, including courses in technical architecture and related business applications.

Requires three (3) years previous experience in information technology including system architecture, application, infrastructure and database disciplines.

Experience must include system development, package implementation, software and hardware platforms, system integration and conversion, networking and communications.

A further period of up to one (1) year on the job is required to become familiar with the corporate IT environment, its operating systems and office software.

Recruitment Process : An applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process.

A standard interview format will be used including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions.

37.5 hours per week.
