ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure with the guidance of operations + appropriate departments that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Work with operations to develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant departments.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and operations team.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Work with Operations to co-ordinate between departments on all internal and external projects across a range of project types including : Construction, New Restaurant Launch, Permits, Menu and Product Launches, and Marketing initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
Great educational background, preferably in the fields of project management, construction, and planning.
Proven working experience as a project administrator and / or manager
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in restaurant design and construction
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Excel, MS word and other similar software
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong ability to learn and adapt new software and technical tools to assist in project completion
Willingness to work in a flat hierarchical environment where everyone is expected to contribute in whatever way he or she can, including cleaning the toilets.
Experience working in hospitality or hospitality related field.
Love pizza, hopefully plant-based pizza.
WORKING CONDITIONS :
This role will require the PM to work primarily from Head Office and out in the field during new constructions in addition to traveling for new openings.
Hours will be consistent with the restaurants and the current focus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
This job will require physical activity including any and all tasks normally associated with working in hospitality and project management or restaurants.
50-60k Depending on Experience + Benefits
