The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in the drafting, review and coordination of business development content for various projects.
This role includes the preparation of client materials, presentations, proposals, writing documents aiming to promote the company and support for bids.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide graphic support on proposals, presentations and any other promotional materials for a compelling product
Coordinate interactive targeted client campaigns (e-blasts, lunch and learns etc.)
Coordinate registration, tracking, and digital content for planned conferences, associated events and associations
Update and maintain support of collateral and sales documents
Update and maintain resumes and project fact sheets so they are up to date for specific pursuits
Assist in execution of Clean Power Sector BD & Marketing plan
Works closely with BD leadership on special regional development efforts
0 to 2 years experience in the professional services industry
Intermediate to Advanced Graphic Design Skills Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English
Experience in document layout, formatting and production
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Ability to conceptualize and interpret graphic concepts
Experience in technical work in civil engineering, an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment with strong attention to detail; excellent prioritization and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or Graphic Design preferred, or a combination of education and relevant experience
