Reporting to the Adventure City General Manager, this position is responsible for taking fun pictures of guests and placing them in exciting backgrounds to create great memories for guests by ensuring passionate, competent and efficient service is provided at all times with a high level of guest service and sales of Crystallize IT products and enhancing the guests’ overall experience at the Resort.
Duties include but not limited to : enthusiastically welcoming / greet guests; provide product information, selection, suggestion, and sales;
customer billing and payment settlement; resort activity / amenities information and recommendations, inventory / restocking of sections / supplies;
take photos of guests against a green screen and digitally apply the background of the guest’s choosing; create 3D Crystals keepsakes for guests by using an innovative product that etches the image into the crystal;
maintaining public health / sanitation and proactive health and safety standards; and all other duties as assigned.

Previous demonstrated point of sale, cash handling experience
Basic computer and email skills required
Demonstrated highly effective conversational / persuasion / influencing skills. Ability to effortlessly recommend and persuade, up sell merchandise products to guests in order to maximize both the guest experience and revenue
Outstanding attention to detail both in personal grooming / appearance and in properly identifying guest’s needs, demeanor, and level of required service attention
Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team setting to anticipate and assist to another associate’s guests’ needs.
Ability to quickly respond to changing work volume; high-energy level / speed.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job (i.e. lift 25-40 lbs, able to stand for 6-8 hours)
Ability to work safely and in compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
