Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for entering goods receipt and creating purchase orders
  • Entering of catalogue orders - Office Supplies, IT, Marketing, Business Cards
  • Place and track Iron Mountain orders including updating cost tracking spreadsheet
  • Using Siemens guidelines, create internal signage, notices and event posters and ensure that they are displayed appropriately and in timely manner
  • Prepare Location Manager Unit Head expenses
  • Research local services available around Siemens locations and keep the information up to date
  • Support and assist Project Coordinator with the annual procedure review
  • Assist with planning and organizing special events
  • Act as point of contact for internal / external clients to assist with issues related to facilities
  • Responsible for mail pick up and distribution
  • Provide general administrative support as assigned and needed
  • Qualifications

  • Degree, Diploma or Certificate in business administration, office management or related fields
  • 2-5 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office assistant
  • Working knowledge of office equipment e.g. : printers, copiers, etc.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Concur, MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English language
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task
  • Team player and demonstrated ability to work with a highly diverse team
