Our client is Canada’s leading supplier to printing, sign and imaging markets.

Position Summary

Our client is looking for a warehouse administrator to join the team for their Vaughan location.


  • Administration of all documentation pertaining to shipping.
  • Respond to internal and external customer warehouse related needs and inquiries.
  • Ensure all production orders are shipped to customers in a timely manner in adherence to delivery schedules.
  • High ability to problem-solve and work well under pressure.
  • Communicate all delays or variances of outbound shipments to the appropriate parties.
  • Participate in warehouse safety, security programs and activities.
  • Maintain appropriate and complete documentation regarding regulated products and / or hazardous materials.
  • Keep updated log on warehouse equipment maintenance and coordinate with shipping & receiving supervisors.
  • Participate in investigating causes of lost or damaged shipments and other matters.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum of High School or College Diploma in business, with a focus on manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, supply chain management, inventory control, or materials management an asset.
  • 2 years of direct work experience in a warehouse position.
  • Strong working knowledge of standard warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of distributions and logistics.
  • Direct knowledge of WHMIS.
  • Experience with radio frequency ID systems (RFID) and bar code systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
