So, what does a Senior Product Manager, Reporting Platform do?
You don’t just get stuck in maintenance mode of an existing solution in this role. In fact, as Senior Product Manager, for the Reporting Platform at PointClickCare, you will own the entire definition of end-
to-end solutions, defining high-level capabilities and detailed requirements, and ensuring that the resulting offerings exceed customer and revenue expectations.
You will be responsible for building a solid, vetted business plan, establishing KPIs to measure product performance and working across PointClickCare on the Go-
to-Market planning of your products.
As Senior Product Manager, Reporting Platform, you will be responsible for product and marketing strategy and execution of the Reporting Platform.
You will fully understand how a reporting platform works, be familiar with industry best practices around enterprise data access strategies and will be responsible for implementing go-
to-market and ongoing marketing activities across product lines.
In short, we want you to be a passionate advocate for building great products that solve some of the most important problems facing our customers today!
What does a typical day look like for the Senior Product Manager?
This is a highly collaborative and influential role where you will be responsible for working closely with PointClickCare Segment and Product Leads to identify and prioritize customer and market needs.
You will also be interacting regularly with business leaders within PointClickCare as well as key members of the Engineering team as you build out the solutions and deliver on the roadmap.
Externally, you will also be establishing and managing strategic relationships with customers to fully understand their needs and priorities.

The majority of your day will be spent defining and evolving product roadmaps, creating and collaborating on product Market Requirements, conducting market research and competitive analysis, pricing, developing value propositions, defining product milestones, product delivery planning, training and support efforts.
You will be a key ambassador for our Reporting Platform, responsible for passionately evangelizing and supporting your product roadmap within the company and externally with customers.
We’re huge on professional development, and so there’s always a training class or an internal course being offered.
What does the growth potential look like?
Many of our open jobs in are filled with internal employees. A Senior Product Manager has the ability to move up within the Product organization into more senior, technical or people management roles.
There are also opportunities to move into other departments depending on your areas of interest.

What qualifications do you look for?
Ideally, we’re looking for someone with 8-10 years of experience managing large enterprise software products in the SaaS space.
You should have experience building reporting products both at the technology and business level.
We also really like candidates that possess prior experience managing software products through the entire product and software development lifecycle, as well as those who are proven leaders of cross-
functional teams (without formal authority) and those who solve problems via strong communication skills.
We are also looking for someone who is passionate about Product Management all the perks and challenges that come with the role.

For education requirements, we’re looking to hire someone with a Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer engineering or a related discipline.
