He or she applies, where possible, appropriate solutions or corrective measures or forwards requests or incidents to another party, when necessary.

General Information on the Position

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide support for certain computer or technology incidents reported by users or for simple, routine service requests.
  • Apply the appropriate solutions or corrective measures to resolve incidents or process service requests according to established standards and forward them to another party when necessary.
  • Provide users and various parties with a high level of customer service.
  • Qualifications

  • College diploma in a related field
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Call center / help desk experience
  • IT knowledge required
  • Strong Customer service skills
  • Other working conditions

  • Call Center Hours - Monday - Friday : 7 : 00 a.m. - 8 : 00 p.m. and Saturday 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m. (Rotational shifts)
  • 12 month temporary assignment with possibility to extend longer
