Reporting to the Store Manager, the position holder is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the performance of their tasks, such as : the administrative management of the store, sales objectives, customer service, visual merchandising, supervision and internal training.

As a true company ambassador, the position holder will have to welcome, advise and retain a demanding clientele.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise, motivate and manage employees;
  • Patricipate in the recrutement and perform employee training;
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and an outstanding shopping experience;
  • Develop long lasting customer relationships;
  • Maximize sales and profitability;
  • Determine and communicate to the employees their sales objectives;
  • Contribute to the management of the store operations;
  • Ensure store openings and closings;
  • Implement company policies and procedures;
  • Implement of safety programs;
  • Validate Sales Reports;
  • Promote and complete visual merchandising of products;
  • Ensure regular store maintenance;
  • Help completing work schedules;
  • Check inventory and place product orders;
  • Communicate with Headquarters;
  • All other related tasks;
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a related position or equivalent;
  • Have a college or professional degree or equivalent;
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of autonomy and initiative;
  • Skilled manager;
  • Skilled communicator;
  • Have good judgment;
  • Have a good sense of organization and work planning;
  • Available to work days, evenings and weekends;
