As the Client Partner you will a consulting resource for :

  • Facilitate debriefs relating to 360 feedback and talent analytics
  • Lead calibration conversations to establish high potential talent pools
  • Improve capability to have respectful, open conversations regarding performance and potential.
  • Partner with specific functional areas in recognizing current patterns and implementing strategies to build a culture of direct and clear performance discussions
  • Facilitate leadership, management and personal development programs as appropriate
  • Designs and delivers leadership and talent development programs or processes to all levels of the organization
  • We are looking for :

  • Master’s Degree in Leadership Development, Adult Education, MBA with a specialty in HR / Talent Management.
  • Five years’ experience in Leadership or talent development in an intermediate to large size organization preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Expertise in mentorship and a certification in Coaching.
  • Confirmed Professional Capabilities

  • Knowledge of organization development and leadership development theory and applications.
  • Group facilitation and adult learning strategies and methodologies in an organization development role.
