As our Maitre D, you will be a part of our exciting, passionate and fast pace high-volume shipboard restaurant operation team.
Together with the Restaurant Manager is responsible of the day to day operation of the assigned restaurant (s) or buffet operation of the ship and guest’s service ratings.

Ensures the efficient and cost effective running of Restaurant Operation as per company budgetary guidelines
As per company standards, ensures guest’s satisfaction at all time with their table assignments, overall service at the Specialty restaurant (s) or Buffet
Ensures that all crew members in the Restaurant Department receive a complete familiarization and training in their positions and are made aware of the company service standards and the vessel’s rules and regulation
Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management from accredited college / university or the international equivalent preferred
Minimum 5-8 years hospitality management experience from hotel or cruise ships or the equivalent combination between experience and education
Superior customer service approach, teambuilding and conflict resolution skills
Revenue generation and control of all the financial aspects of the assigned Specialty Restaurant (s)
Ability to speak, read and write English clearly and distinctly
All international applicants must have the ability to obtain C1 / D visa (and other relevant visas) when applicable
Must meet all physical requirements, including the ability to participate in emergency life-saving drills and required training
Ability to speak Ability to speak, read and write multiple languages is a plus
Cruise ship experience and USPH knowledge
