In the role of Customer Service Representative , you will be responsible for acting as primary contact with customers, distributors and Territory Sales Managers.
Your key responsibilities include pricing and quoting, order entry, obtaining current order status information, and expediting existing orders.
You will also provide technical support in specifying products to meet customer requirements while providing a high level of customer service at all times.
You will have to develop a technical understanding of the products.
