Our client a global wholesaler within the construction industry is seeking to fill a Bilingual (French / English) Sales Trainer for all of Canada.
This is a great opportunity to shape and mold new employees and motivate existing sales employees within the organization.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of Human Resources and People Development. The role offers a competitive base salary plus monthly bonuses.
Develop, implement and conduct Sales Training for all new and existing sales employees.
Identify areas for improvement within the current training program and be responsible for the implementation of any new curriculum changes.
Create great interpersonal relationships with internal and external resources to create a unified training approach that is within the organization's guidelines.
Ensure that District Sales Managers are adhering to organizational sales procedures and training
Attend sales meeting within various districts across Canada to provide sales training.
Support and evaluate sales reps in the field by conducting site visits and submit findings and or feedback to management team.
Assist with implementation of new or existing training programs.
100% Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal)
3-5 years experience within Learning & Development training Sales Representatives or relevant work experience
Completed post-secondary degree
Ability to travel 10-30% overnight across Canada
