Reporting to the Senior Manager, Community Relations & Investment, the Advisor, Community Relations & Investment will be primarily responsible for administering the employee matching gift program in addition to executing on a variety of other community investment initiatives, through collaboration with team members.
This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave, expected in duration of 12-18 months.
Key Tasks :
Liaise with Community Relations & Investment applicants and provide them with information about the Nutrien Community Investment program and how to apply for funding.
Manage Community Relations & Investment records, including collecting, tracking and ensuring accuracy of all data necessary for adjudicating, paying and reporting on funding requests.
Facilitate a variety of Community Relations & Investment processes, such as accruals, payments and tracking / reporting.
Build and enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders through consistent and clear communications.
Administer and oversee the Employee Matching Gift Program.
Collaborate with team members on a variety of community investment initiatives, including special event planning and execution.

Proven knowledge and experience managing events
University degree or diploma in business, with preference for communications, marketing or PR focus
2 to 4 years of related work experience, preferably in a community investment or sponsorship role
Graphic design and layout experience would be an asset
