As a full-time Team Leader - Residential Services with our CBI Health Group team, you will call upon your leadership and problem-

solving skills as you provide overall support to the home. The Team Leader is responsible for leading a designated group of support workers to ensure that excellent services are delivered to each person supported by CBI.

This role is a rewarding supervisory role and the Team Leader will formally and informally (through the use of mentorship, role modelling etc) supervise each Support Worker on a regular basis.


  • To work with the Program Manager to oversee a supported living service, ensuring that systems and standards are maintained to a high quality.
  • To ensure compliance with all external regulatory standards.
  • To provide support and supervision of Support Workers within the identified team.
  • To ensure that the schedule is adequately filled based on what has been decided in collaboration with the Program Manager
  • To support and supervise the delivery of person centred services to all people using the service
  • To support the Program Manager in the completion of accurate rota and timesheet information

  • Relevant Post Secondary Education
  • Experience in a residential setting for people with serious mental illness
  • Minimum 2 years experience in mental health (community experience an asset)

  • First Aid Certificate
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (or other related training an asset)
