Here's how

The Senior Business Analyst - Planning and Inventory Management is responsible for developing and maintaining the vast data-

lakes that feed our competitive business intelligence. You will work across several key cross-functional areas, including : Product Development, Retail Channel and Marketing to set essential data parameters and optimise the flow of information and actionable insights.

You will :

  • Own, drive and support our business intelligence capabilities
  • Organize and develop reporting capabilities, with an emphasis on cloud-based DOMO
  • Provide leadership and support to team members on best in class reporting and analytical methodologies
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to build a rich, cohesive repository of data and business intel
  • Develop and maintain reporting for key performance indicators; drive opportunities and results from insights gained
  • Drive time and cost savings through report automation, ease of access and speed to insights
  • Qualifications

    You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • 5+ years’ working knowledge and experience within Supply Operations and Demand Planning
  • Recognized track record of building large scale data capabilities and capacity
  • Knowledge of SAP reporting capabilities
  • Knowledge of DOMO / Tableau or comparable modern data tools
  • Recognized superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Acknowledged for strong business acumen
  • Track record of bringing together cross-functional groups and gaining consensus
  • Experience in coaching and developing others
  • Strong communication skills are a must
  • Degree in Computer / Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or comparable discipline
  • Great-to-haves :

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) would be an asset
  • Retail or consumer electronics background is an asset
