Vena Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master and Agile Coach to help improve and scale our existing Agile Scrum framework. This role is a match for you if you are looking to combine your leadership skills and Scrum experience.

What you will do
Take ownership of the Scrum process
Be a Subject Matter Expert in Agile processes, tools and techniques.
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-up meetings and additional agile related activities
Develop and maintain team standards, tools and best practices
Assess and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of our Scrum teams
Proactively remove roadblocks to help teams and individual members achieve their sprint goals.
Help Product Managers create a backlog and keep it ready for continuous sprinting.
Protect the Scrum teams from interference by external stakeholders, including senior management.
Identify methods to improve Agile techniques

Does this sound like you?
2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar role
Experience working in a SaaS Product environment
Ability to coach and guide teams and stakeholders
Expertise in Agile estimating, capacity planning, forecasting, release planning.
Knowledge in Agile values / principles / best practices and the Scrum framework
Experience with Jira and Confluence and ability to pull meaningful Sprint reports / data
Strong communication and coaching skills
