PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :
As the Manager, Web Productivity, working closely with CP’s customer-facing teams and the Information Services team, you will lead the team that identifies and implements enhancements to our external electronic tools including Customer Station, mobility, B2B and Web Services transactions.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Develops, reviews and approves the detailed requirements to advance the Customer Experience roadmap via the Customer website and associated applications, mobility, B2B and other channels;
Responsible for the development of comprehensive design and business requirements to support the customer-facing aspects of other projects (e.
g. Order to Rate and TRIEX Replacement);
Leads development and documentation of use cases, and validates that final product meets all requirements;
Ensure the user interface enhances the customer experience by improving the usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction of our electronic tools;
Ensures that applications and tools are aligned around customer data to ensure customer scorecarding capabilities exist;
Responsible for the work and deliverables of the business team and reports on those activities;
Prioritizes the work of the team, including iteration work lists and change requests;
Develops, plans and ensures that the transition and implementation activities are successful;
Documents the change that will occur and participates in the impact analysis and the development of customer change management materials.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
University degree or equivalent;
Knowledge of Marketing & Sales, Network Services and Operations processes and technology;
Demonstrated process orientation and project management experience;
Analytical capabilities, understanding of information and technology and how it supports business performance and growth;
Understanding of user experience concepts;
Facilitation and change management skills;
Ability to talk with key stakeholders including internal and external customers with tact and diplomacy.
