  • Key Accountabilities :

    The Recruitment Coordination will complete recruitment functions adequately and professionally to achieve quality outcomes while maintaining integrity, privacy and confidentiality.

    Ensuring employee files are kept current (e.g. filing and organization of all records)

  • Responsible for preparing and organizing HR files are required (e.g. orientation packages, new hire paperwork, etc.)
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Team with the recruitment process, employment requirements, reports & tracking of staff, etc.)
  • Ensure execution of current policies and procedures
  • Manage and administer various databases (e.g. data entry, IT Support Portal, etc.)
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to support future opportunities that may arise towards enhancing quality standards with processes and / or systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications :

  • Post-Secondary education that aligns with Human Resources and / or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g. business or office administration)
  • Ability to work independently and also as an effective member of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Proficient with various computer programs (e.g. MSWord Suite, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task
  • Experience in Home Health will be considered
