Job Description :
The purpose of this role is to validate that services being claimed by Plan Members or Service Providers through the paper and electronic submission channel have been rendered.
You’ll contact the Plan Member or Service Provider by phone. If positive validation is received, the claim is forwarded for further processing.
If validation cannot be obtained within the defined timeframe, or a negative response is received, you’ll refer the file for further investigation by other members of the ISU team.
Standards for timely service and accuracy are clearly defined. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in asking the right questions to gain necessary information without doing so in a leading manner.
