Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer.

Responsibilities : Graphic Design

Graphic Design

  • Develop overall layout and design for all print collateral including but not limited to brochures, flyers, tenders, surveys, forms, folders, cards, etc.
  • Design assets required for successful execution of all sales driven and corporate campaigns (paid and non-paid advertising, print, online, e-
  • blasts, social graphics, etc.)

  • Design and / or work in collaboration with colleagues and / or partners for design of materials, not limited to : signage, flyers, e-
  • blasts, customized literature, promotional items, branded equipment, etc.

    Digital Media

  • Design, format and / or produce content for e-blasts, e-books, e-surveys, videos, photography, social media graphics / images, banner ads, interactive media, etc.
  • Create and / or contribute images, graphics and written content for consumption on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Google+
  • Corporate Presentations
  • Videography & Photography

  • Devise and coordinate all video and photography opportunities, included but not limited to : Staff, products, deliveries, features, parts, services, processes, events, etc.
  • Develop script, content, video, audio, editing and produce clean files for all means of distribution
  • Source photos, images, graphics and audio, as needed
  • Website

  • Manage, maintain and update content, both written and visual
  • Ensure content is valid, current and accurately reflects brand
  • Actively improve layout, format and update content through constant self-audits and feedback from shareholders
  • Analyze and report statistics
  • Source and develop new website through collaboration with third party and all shareholders
  • Marketing Library Management

  • Manage, maintain and update existing marketing assets in the resource centre, including documentation required for the organization (forms & templates, images, meetings & presentations, etc.)
  • Organize and manage new marketing assets (documentation, images, videos, photos, etc.) in resource center and actively communicate the purpose, value of assets and location to the Marketing department and shareholder
  • General Administration

  • Create and / or provide assistance for all corporate and customer driven materials : videos, presentations, customized literature, owner’s manuals, invitations, labels, etc.
  • Coordinate, execute and report on email marketing campaigns, surveys, etc.
  • Create forms, templates (evaluations, cover pages, other), and other standard documents as required
  • Work closely with outside vendors, suppliers and consultants as required for the creative, design, quoting, production and delivery processes
  • Work closely with Marketing department and stakeholders, in a collaborative environment, to ensure marketing assets are aligned with strategic marketing plans and organizational goals for all communications
  • Monitor overall communications plan and strategy for uniformity in message, including templates, taglines and logo usage
  • Maintain technical knowledge and stay current with design trends by attending workshops, conferences and further educational training
  • Assess new standards, technologies and trends and articulate impact for future adoption
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required
  • Technical Skills / Competencies (technical knowledge, education and experience) :

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, with minimum 3-5 years’ previous graphic design experience
  • Strong understanding of branding and marketing & communications, an asset
  • Working knowledge in related software; Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, Creative Suite, Reader, Illustrator & InDesign, WordPress, Survey Monkey, Mail Chimp and Fliphtml
  • Experience in designing all print and digital marketing assets
  • Experience with web design or layout (programming not required)
  • Experience with videography : creating, editing and producing
  • Experience with photography : shoot, edit and format for multiple platforms
  • Experience with Social Media Marketing : developing image and video content optimized for social media consumption on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Google+
  • Ability to write in a variety of styles, an asset (website content, e-blasts, surveys, advertising materials, manuals, social media)
  • Bilingual (French), an asset
  • Well versed in current trends and industry standards, an asset
