Position : Office Administrator Initial principal office location : 18 York Street, Suite 400, Toronto Reporting to : Vice President, Ontario Operations Status : Temporary Canadian Employee Contract position


Fifteen (15) months from commencement date

  • Track broker registration, licensing and payment of dues to the various boards and entities
  • Liaise with our insurance brokers for renewals, obtaining certificates, Errors & Omissions, etc.
  • Liaise with our IT consultants to troubleshoot an resolve technology issues and procurement of equipment
  • Manage the relationships with Telus and Ricoh for our IT and copier services
  • Reconciliation of Telus and Ricoh monthly billing
  • Space planning and associated projects
  • Facility planning and liaison with the building landlord for permits, maintenance etc.
  • Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees including documentation
  • Filing of all corporate correspondence electronically and hard-copy
  • Such other reasonable projects as the Company, from time to time, may require you to perform
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and computer savvy
  • Reliable with excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
  • We’ll organized, flexible and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional phone manner and ability to resolve issues with vendors and partners
  • Knowledge of technology and have good common sense to figure things out
  • University or College degree
  • Experience in Real Estate and working with projects a strong asset
