Job DescriptionBBG Management Corporation has full time and part-time opportunities for Desktop Support Engineers in Sudbury, ON.
Ideal candidates will join a team that provides technical support for computer-related issues. The Deskside service will be used to provide assistance for requests that require second level support from the Service Desk.
This position involves travelling to various locations on an on-call basis.
Provide onsite support and maintenance to applications installed for desktop user experience.
Provide system software support and install third-party supplied corrections for third party software problems.
Provide support for COTS software, distributed computing productivity tools, and computing software infrastructure support.
Demonstrate record of continuous improvement
At least 1 year of computer support experience / training
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows, etc.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Ticketing System, Remote Assistance
Knowledge of computer systems, phones, networks, desktops, and basic internet
Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
Good time management and organizational skills
