As a part of our team within Business Customer Experience (BCX), you will impact business profitability by transforming complex sets of data, developing effective analytic visualizations, and influencing strategic and day-
to-day business decisions through key data-driven storytelling.
Transform complex sets of data into meaningful knowledge and insights for the business
Develop effective analytic visualizations using tools such as Tableau
Analyze large sets of business data to provide effective predictive analytics
Collaborate with a wide-range of business partners from across Care, Delivery, Marketing, Sales, & Process Improvement teams
Collaborate with peer analysts and data / technology analysts to build solutions
Mentor and lead junior analysts through knowledge share and career progression
You're the missing piece of the puzzle
Relevant university degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics, and / or equivalent combination of experience and education
Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in performance reporting, data mining, visualization, or predictive analytics / statistics
Ability to transform data with Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) tools such as Lavastorm
Ability to visualize data with tools such as Tableau
Ability to proactively hypothesize and perform data analysis to enable business problem resolution
Understanding of statistical / predictive analytics tools such as R or Statistical Analysis System (SAS)
Curious nature with the ability to seek out business problems and develop ideas for resolution
Ability to influence others with effective communication to present ideas and concepts to peers, Directors, and Vice Presidents
Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong track record of high performance by taking initiative and ownership of issues and tasks through to resolution
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster good cross-functional working relationships with peers and business partners at multiple organizational levels
Ability to deal with ambiguity, complex issues and concepts, and competing priorities
Working knowledge of statistical / predictive concepts such as Machine Learning, clustering, regression, etc
Understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and its data structures is an asset
Experience working in telecommunications or any related industries would be considered an asset.
Strong knowledge in applications, systems, products, assure, and fulfillment processes
