WORK YOU’LL DO As a Salesforce Manager , you will demonstrate skills in Salesforce.com as well as overall CRM, project and facilitation skills. . Responsibilities :
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and / o management levels at a client and / or within Accenture.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
Manages small teams and / or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
WHO WE RE LOOKING FOR? Basic Qualifications
2 plus years of architect experience with Salesforce
Prior strong technical development experience
Deep knowledge of Salesforce.com, either through work at industry participants or consulting to the industry
Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation and management
Salesforce.com and other certifications, an asset
Consulting experience with medium to large consulting firms focusing on cloud computing related consulting (storage, SaaS, multi-
tenant computing, large scale computing environments, etc)
Bilingual : Proficiency in French will be an asset
Professional Skills Qualifications :
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in professional setting; either military or civilian
