Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Marketing Ops Manager, the specialist will be responsible for implementing strategies and tactics for e-

commerce including all assets and execution for marketing campaigns and coordination of plans with internal and cross-functional teams.

The specialist will be tasked with maintaining asset organization, briefing the creative teams and executing campaigns as per the plans.

In addition to this, the specialist will be responsible for communication across the various marketing teams in regards to e-

commerce marketing campaigns. This includes keeping the right teams aware of plans and strategies as well as ensuring the proper tasks are handed out.

Responsibilities

Assist in defining strategies and tactics with MKTG Ops manager

Brief, deploy and coordinate all assets related to e-commerce marketing campaigns across all cross-functional teams including CRM, web, media and social media

Keep marketing sharing tools up to date in regards to e-commerce plans for all related stakeholders (including calendars, briefs )

Coordinate information sharing between e-commerce sales team and marketing teams.

Assist in building and delivering analyses and reporting on e-comm marketing campaigns

Liaise with North American marketing teams for e-commerce marketing execution through regular meetings and calls.

Coordinate with EMEA teams to ensure global consistency

Act as project manager for key e-commerce projects

Manage development and delivery of weekly e-comm promotional reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management (business, marketing or related fields)

3+ year experience in marketing project management

Strong organizational, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Adaptation to change quickly and effectively, maintaining a professional attitude and achieve action items through completion.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English, both oral and written.

Ability to work with creative people.

A strong team player with strong interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Interacts with colleagues and suppliers in a manner which instills confidence in the organization.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and functional knowledge of Adobe’s Photoshop and Illustrator.

Understanding of the gaming industry, and associated digital and retail practices (i.e. Games, DLCs, Season Pass, etc.).

Experience in E-commerce is a plus

Gamer preferred.
