Great new opportunity with a well-established and growing distributor in Markham. Looking for an enthusiastic Bilingual CSR / Order Desk Representative who enjoys providing the highest level of customer service! Excellent work environment with full benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk in customers for purchases / inquiries and / or order picks-up
  • Order Desk duties including : entering fax, email, phone and web orders
  • Updating customers on pricing, inventory availability and product information
  • Updating purchasing on high demand items and stock outs when encountered
  • Creating RMAs when required
  • Supporting Sales Representatives efforts in the field, including quote presentation
  • Updating customer data regularly in computer system
  • Tracking shipment for customers
  • Upselling products where applicable on calls
  • Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of related CSR / Order Desk experience
  • ERP system knowledge (i.e. Navision or SAP or AS400) is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French
  • Must be an effective communicator both verbal and written and have great interpersonal skills
  • Must be well organized, detail oriented
  • Must have a welcoming and positive phone manner
  • English Advanced , French Advanced
