Job Description :
In a client-facing role, the Group Benefits Digital Enrolment Specialist is accountable for the accurate and timely implementation of our Digital Enrolment capabilities and related services.
The Digital Enrolment Specialist is responsible for managing all components of their assigned projects, working in partnership with our Clients, Business Development, Service Reps, Implementation Project Managers, and all other internal stakeholders to deliver the optimal Digital Enrolment experience.
Main Accountabilities :
Provide exceptional customer service to our external clients and internal business partners
Project Lead the implementation of our Digital Enrolment services for New and Existing clients
Create client-specific project plans, manage all Digital Enrolment deliverables, and ensure accurate setup of SLF systems as it impacts Digital Enrolment
Monitor task assignments with internal and external project team members on an ongoing basis
Negotiate with internal and external partners to ensure Sun Life’s ability to accurately administer the desired Digital Enrolment experience
Gather accurate and complete client requirements
Understand customer expectations and plan design, and match these with Sun Life specifications
Understand the member experience and how plan design and system set up impacts that experience
Complete member web experience testing to ensure desired experience is achieved
Monitor live enrolments, lead, manage and resolve issues / escalations
Present creative solutions to resolve issues around capability
Prepare and present Member Digital Enrolment experience to client, as required
Act as subject matter expert for Digital Enrolment in various projects and initiatives
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic self-started who has the following :
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
Customer focus and proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to facilitate and build effective relationships with key stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a wide range of tasks over multiple projects
Project management, facilitation and problem-solving experience
Strong understanding of Group Benefits and administrative practices
Excellent PC knowledge
Ability to negotiate, consult, make decisions, solve problems and persuade
Ability to promote partnership, innovation and continuous improvement
Ability to manage changing priorities, assess and manage risks or conflict, and drive resolution
Strong attention to detail
Plan design, plan set up and flexible benefit plan knowledge
Knowledge of the SLF GB Member Web Experience
Some travel may be required on occasion
Overtime may be required during peak periods
