Engage and interact with customers in accordancewith the G.R.E.A.T. (Get Ready, Engage, Add Value and Transact) service model
Demonstrates the skills, knowledge and behaviorsthat will demonstrate ultimate customer service standards
Build client base through the Preferred CustomerProgram
Resolve customer issue at first point of contact
Adheres to all Company policies, procedures andCode of Conduct
Promotes the company’s HBC credit and loyaltyprograms and achieves targets
Maintains a professional and productive workenvironment
Complete Point of Sale transaction documentsaccurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professionaldemeanor
Job Requirements :
Fluent in both written and oral English
Self-motivated, adaptable and decisive
Proven sales track record, detail-oriented,client-focused, and experience building a client book
Demonstrated ability to provide superiorcustomer service
Ability to respond to customers, co-workers, andmanagement in a professional and courteous manner
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
