  • Responding to and redirecting calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Receiving visitors, responding to various requests
  • Mail, correspondence, courier packages as needed
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Perform and general administrative tasks as requested
  • Maintain paper filing, electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases
  • General office duties and project work as assigned
  • Data Entry into Excel and maintain spreadsheets as needed
  • Assist with Accounts Payables / Receivables
  • Order office supplies

  • A diploma in Business Administration or related field or 1-3 years’ experience in a similar office support role
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Some accounting knowledge would be considered an asset
  • Adaptable, personable, friendly and outgoing
  • Ability to multitask in an ever changing environment to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions; work in a team or independently as needed
