Responding to and redirecting calls in a professional and timely manner
Receiving visitors, responding to various requests
Mail, correspondence, courier packages as needed
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Perform and general administrative tasks as requested
Maintain paper filing, electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases
General office duties and project work as assigned
Data Entry into Excel and maintain spreadsheets as needed
Assist with Accounts Payables / Receivables
Order office supplies
A diploma in Business Administration or related field or 1-3 years’ experience in a similar office support role
Working knowledge of MS Office Word, Outlook and Excel
Some accounting knowledge would be considered an asset
Adaptable, personable, friendly and outgoing
Ability to multitask in an ever changing environment to meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions; work in a team or independently as needed
