Our clients depend on the knowledge that we provide them on our products and services that will best meet their IT needs.
Use personal selling strategies to promote A-Power’s high value products and services to new and existing clients, focusing on the SMB (Small and Medium Business) market
Maintain and grow account base by calling on current and previous clients
Present all promotions and special offers to clients
Stay up to date on current industry trends and products, and effectively communicate information to the client
Handle customer care issues, and be committed to finding a solution
Attend training and tradeshows as required
Minimum of one year of inside sales experience
Exposure or experience in business to business (B2B) sales considered favorably
IT industry experience considered an asset
Experience using Microsoft Windows PC’s, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Able to build and maintain a lasting relationship with clients
Excellent listening skills
Fluent in English
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong written communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Knowledge of IT products and solutions an asset
Proven ability to work in a team environment
Working Conditions :
Sitting and using office equipment for long periods of time
Occasional lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
Salary, commission, and profit sharing
Benefits package (after 6 months of full-time employment)
