Responsibilities :

  • Use personal selling strategies to promote A-Power’s high value products and services to new and existing clients, focusing on the SMB (Small and Medium Business) market
  • Maintain and grow account base by calling on current and previous clients
  • Present all promotions and special offers to clients
  • Stay up to date on current industry trends and products, and effectively communicate information to the client
  • Handle customer care issues, and be committed to finding a solution
  • Attend training and tradeshows as required
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of one year of inside sales experience
  • Exposure or experience in business to business (B2B) sales considered favorably
  • IT industry experience considered an asset
  • Experience using Microsoft Windows PC’s, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

  • Able to build and maintain a lasting relationship with clients
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of IT products and solutions an asset
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment
  • Working Conditions :

  • Sitting and using office equipment for long periods of time
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
  • Compensation :

  • Salary, commission, and profit sharing
  • Benefits package (after 6 months of full-time employment)
