The details of this career opportunity :
Work with a senior leadership team to set goals for the branch, build a strategy and execute on the company’s action plan, to drive learning and customer success;
the ideal candidate will lead by example
Engage with customers when needed and be the face of the company
Maintain an active presence of target customers and core clientele, from a senior leadership perspective; and provide expert advice on wealth management and lending process (can be stronger in one area but must understand both)
Be the face of this company and bring : polish, articulation, passion for people and transparency
What makes you qualified :
8+ years of financial services experience, a portion at leadership level; preferably with a CFP designation
Currently at manager level or higher; innovating thinking and comfort with dynamic work environment is preferred
Track record to support : strong business acumen, strategic thinking, leadership with an ability to direct a set of activities across varied experience and job title
Someone with a set of daily habits that will set an example is needed
Clean credit and criminal background is required; will be checked upon offer stage
$90,000 $105,000 base salary with many added compensation and benefit additions
