Position Description :
The Senior Senior Business Systems Analyst will be a part of a large program to add functionality to an existing product with our Global Wealth team.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for analysis of business and functional requirements, and providing input into project planning (project deliverables, estimates, and schedules).
Your future duties and responsibilities :
Analyze business and customer needs, documenting requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
Independently resolve complex, multi-faceted problems by conducting research and analysis, learning about process and liaising with the users.
Perform efficient and effective analysis, to define the solution in functional specifications and to how the system will work.
Assist the team in the defining, documenting and execution of solutions and build out test strategies including edge cases.
Assist in solution development by defining business requirements and processes, help developing test strategies and test cases, and supporting testing efforts.
Document and update functional specifications / process flows.
Understand the business requirements and be the expert for host systems in order to answer questions from the development team swiftly and decisively or be able to quickly retrieve the answers through the built
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
6 - 8 years of business analyst experience
Wealth Management Domain SME with exposure to Charles River and Simcorp solutions
Understanding of business work flows of a bank
Understanding of Software development Life Cycle - Waterfall methodology and Agile Framework
Knowledge of MVest or MPower.
Capable of developing Proposals & Solutions, Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Specification (FS)
Estimations of Work product & change requests
Strong Written and Oral communication skills
Should be able to communicate with business and technical project teams to bridge the gap between non-technical and technical teams
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
