We are currently looking for a Manager, Benefits & Disability to join our Human Resources Team. The Human Resources Department is responsible for effective recruiting, human resource policy development and administration, performance management systems, job evaluation and compensation, organizational effectiveness, benefit programs and payroll functions.
The Manager, Benefits & Pensions is responsible for leading a team that is responsible for the effective administration of the following benefit programs : Group Insurance (Employees, Consultants, Advisors, Assistants and Retirees), Disability Coordination and all other employee benefit programs.
The incumbent will be responsible for various benefit projects and managing relationships with internal clients and external vendors.
