Chubb Mississauga Branch requires Bilingual Order Entry Personnel to provide support to the National Operations Support Center.

In this role you will provide unrivalled, outstanding support to all internal and external customers, delivered through timely responses, courteous customer call handling, and professionally written correspondence.

The individual working in this Contract Entry role will be working in a fast pace environment. The individual will be responsible for reviewing and accurately entering the contracts.

A high level of attention to detail is required. Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Accurately enter and process orders.
  • Update, verify and correct data where necessary
  • Providing pricing and stock availability to both internal and external customer
  • Follow guidelines to provide Return Material Authorization (RMA) to both internal and external customer
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Resolving discrepancies and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
  • Work with internal / external customers in a professional manner
  • Assist Management and other departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Ensure all information is archived in backup files
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing required results to meet department and company goals Job Type Full-time Salary Grade Job Requirements Educational / Technical Requirements :
  • Essential to have strong Computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, e-mail)
  • 1-3 years of customer service / administration experience within a business to business environment
  • Post-Secondary education in Business Administration or a related course of study is desired. Key Competencies :
