Ensure that projects are built according to approved plans, specifications and applicable building codes
Plan, organize and manage daily operations
Monitor construction schedules and project progress to ensure scheduling needs are met.
Must have the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
Ensure safety regulations and measures are being followed and maintained
Must be able to maintain positive relationships with sub trades, architects, clients, etc
Must be able to project budgets and monitor budget adjustments to ensure clients needs are met.
Main Requirements :
8+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years at a Supervisory level
Construction / Engineering related diploma / degree
Contract negotiation / management skills
Sound technical skills
Strong communication and leadership skills a must!
