Electrician : 1. Monitor and ensure Health & Safety / HACCP / 5S compliance : Proactively identify and suggest ways to eliminate hazards.
Correct conditions, follow health & safety policies. Participate in Safety Investigations when required. Provide Safety training when required.
Knowledge and compliance of lock out procedures2. Provide day to day technical support to Printing Operations Install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems Maintain electrical instrumentation Approve all program changes by department electricians Maintain and procure using competitive quotes electrical spare parts Record issues and document work in logbook Follow-
up with items listed in logbook with other electricians Take ownership and lead resolution of escalated day to day electrical problems using the problem solving methodology.
Attend and communicate electrical issues and other information at shift changeover meetings. Provide feedback to Printing Maintenance Supervisor on the compliance to processes and procedures.
Oversee and ensure proper execution of all preventative electrical work.3. Implement Continuous Improvements Identify improvement opportunities.
Implement program changes Participate in improvement projects and establishment of associated Standard Work. Facilitate implementation of maintenance process changes on the shift.
Assist in accreditation of new or upgraded processes. Assist process engineer in establishing requirements for documentation, spare parts and preventative maintenance programs for new projects.
Demonstrate a continuous improvement culture.Millwright : 1. Performs set-ups, changeovers, and preventative maintenance on all printing machines.
2. Assists production personnel in obtaining maximum machine efficiency and productivity levels.3. Disassembles and inspects all parts to determine the condition of machine.
4. Restores and keeps machines in good running condition.5. Performs modifications as required.6. Communicates machine issues, performance and repairs to Team Members and Management.
7. Responsible for completing required documentation, work orders, log books and company records.
