The User Experience Researcher will be primarily responsible for designing, conducting, analyzing, and reporting on user-

centered design research and usability testing for the company’s ad platform PubGuru, including identification of user needs and goals, task and workflow modeling, ethnography and persona development as well as rapid iterative usability testing, and more formal, in-

depth user testing. A successful User Experience Researcher must be able to work with minimal supervision on multiple concurrent projects.

User experience (UX) is at the forefront of how we create intuitive, innovative, and beautiful products that people love working with.

We collaborate closely with executives, product managers, software engineers, advertising operations agents and many others to solve complex challenges and craft powerful experiences that highlight our products’ unique capabilities and personalities.

Your key responsibilities would be to :

  • Conduct independent research on multiple aspects of products and experiences.
  • Collect and analyze user behavior through online experiments, user surveys, and structured user sessions.
  • Work with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, Ad Ops Agents and other team members to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-
  • paced, rapidly changing environment.

  • Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research.
  • Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations
  • Work with key stakeholders to define new features and their technical requirements.
  • Create complex user journeys and UX wireframes for new features of our SaaS solution.
  • Collaborating with product designers on high-fidelity user interface mockups and working prototypes.
  • Clearly present user research and user journeys in stakeholder meetings.
  • Work with development team to implement the approved designs.
  • Your candidate qualifications are expected to be :

  • Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Human Factors, Psychology, HCI / Computer Science or other related fields or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of product design experience
  • Comfortable inside a Kanban-board Project Management environment
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Establishing process for effective feature requirements gathering
  • Experience mocking up information architecture diagrams, user journeys and product wireframes.
  • Has a user research / design portfolio to showcase. (B2B examples a plus)
  • Experience with modern design tools Balsamiq / Illustrator / Sketch / InVision
  • Strong communication skills; English language fluency.
  • Understanding of development workflows
  • Passion to stay up with the latest trends in user research and product design
